17 days until St. Paddy’s Day!

It’s the first of March and there are only 17 days until St. Paddy’s day… so now is a good time to get your corned beef going!

Check out my how-to corned beef post from last year. All you have to do is make a quick brine from salt and herbs and leave your beef brisket in it for a couple of weeks… so get it in now! And also here are som fun ideas for the rest of the menu, sweets and pots of gold favors.
