So one of my new resolutions–the kind that just sort of happen to you, rather than the kind where you rack your brain trying to think of a good one–came when packing up all of our crap to either send it to storage or send it here on a container. And it went like this… “wow, I have a ton of sweat pants from high school. And from college. And from, God knows when.” Despite the fact that I do have some cute loungewear, I always opt for the compfiest option, which is not very fitting of a housewife. Just ask Betty Draper of Mad Men who has the ultimate house wear wardrobe. So, I decided to send all but one of my favorite pairs of much-too-big sweats over to Good Will to get rid of that temptation entirely. The next day I was out shopping with my friend Tam and I couldn’t resist getting a Princesse Tam Tam housedress in her honor.

So if you live in SF, you should know that Les Cent Culottes is the spot to get anything for Valentine’s Day or for a bridal shower:

I just love little details… like these velvet covered buttons on the sleeves. I am loving this little number. I can’t tell you how often you want to climb out of your street clothes here after all the hot mugginess out there and put on something fresh!

  1. I love this! I keep wanting there to be a right time for sweatpants, but there never is. I should have gotten one myself- I think another trip to Les Cent Culottes is in order!
