Red tie party: Dessert table.

Of course we did have to have dessert at the red party. The guests of honor love my chocolate Guinness cupcakes so I did those, minus the filling which I reserve for St. Paddy’s day. I really can’t say enough about how much I love this cupcake recipe. And check out this helpful tool for dispensing batter…

I got some boxes for people to take cupcakes home as favors and then I had fun stamping them to tie in with the red theme.

I used a woodblock stamp I got on Shanghai Street and also a cool kitchen stamp from Yellow Owl Workshop given to me by my friend Tammy.

I thought they were fun and personalized!

The stamp set would make an awesome gift for any foodie in your life!

Because it was also a good-bye party (tear!), I had a cool book of iPhone photos of Hong Kong for people to write personalized messages in, in lieu of a guest book.

People had fun writing little notes and I think it made for a great keepsake for Kim & Danny.

And a last shot of some of the main crew all together!
