The makings of a beautiful envelope.

Address stamps are amazing because they save you so much time, especially if you write as many letters as I do. Compared to address stickers, they’re also extremely green. I think Sugar Letter does an incredible job. Great designs, timely execution, and reasonably affordable. And these make incredible housewarming gifts! She also, by the way, does some great wedding stamps for use on invites, favors, memorabilia, etc.

The stamps come in this sweet little mesh bag which helps keep ink off everything as well.

My sis-in-law Rosie introduced me to Sugar Letter when she gave me an address stamp to help me finish my wedding thank yous. Oddly enough it was one of the things that made me most sad about leaving our place on Chestnut St. So of course I had to order another one for our new place.

Our new stamp has this nifty border, which I think requires a different block.

A lovely result, don’t you think?

The stamps here are pretty cool–it’s bizarre to actually have to lick them after getting so used to sticker stamps in the States.

Don’t forget the air mail stickers… this is why I’m really liking using the stamp with navy ink. Oh, yes, I really am that obsessive.

  1. Delightful! Leave it to you to color-coordinate with air mail stickers. Hope you do something fun to celebrate today!
